What You’ll Do
Strategic Leadership
- Define and execute our go-to-market strategy
- Build and scale our client acquisition engine
- Develop strategic partnerships with complementary businesses
- Shape our positioning in the competitive landscape
Business Development
- Lead enterprise sales conversations and close high-value deals
- Build relationships with key decision-makers at target companies
- Develop our sales process, methodology, and team structure
- Create scalable systems for lead generation and conversion
Partnership & Growth
- Identify and pursue strategic partnership opportunities
- Build our network within the marketing technology ecosystem
- Develop channel partnerships and referral programs
- Drive expansion into new markets and verticals
What We’re Looking For
Experience & Background
- 7+ years in business development, sales, or partnership roles
- Proven track record of building and scaling revenue from $0-$10M+
- Experience in B2B SaaS, marketing technology, or agency services
- History of successful strategic partnerships and deal-making
Skills & Attributes
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong strategic thinking with ability to execute tactically
- Data-driven approach to sales and business development
- Entrepreneurial mindset with comfort in ambiguous environments
- Deep understanding of marketing technology and services landscape
Ideal Profile
- Previous experience as a founder, early employee, or senior BD leader
- Existing network in marketing, technology, or agency spaces
- Track record of building teams and processes from scratch
- Passion for helping businesses grow through better marketing
